This legal notice sets out the general conditions governing access to and use of the website www.azimutandorra.com, hereinafter “the website”, which is owned by Azimut Andorra, with NRT 014005H and registered address at Ermengol Serra nº 11, Escaldes-Engordany, AD 700, hereinafter “Azimut Andorra”. Access to the website and/or application is free of charge and viewing it does not require any prior registration or subscription. The website provides general information about mountain guide services in Andorra.

LIABILITY:

Azimut Andorra accepts no liability for damage or loss of any kind, whether caused or that may be caused, arising from the use of the information, the content of the website and the programs it includes, including but not limited to: errors or omissions in the content, unavailability of the website, or the transmission of viruses or malicious or harmful programs in the content, despite having adopted all the technological measures necessary to prevent this.

Azimut Andorra does not guarantee that access to the website or its content will be error-free; however, it will take the appropriate measures to prevent, correct and/or update any errors as soon as they are detected. As a consequence of the above, Azimut Andorra undertakes to correct the situation as soon as it becomes aware of such errors.
